It's been great to watch your progress along the Georgia and South Carolina coast. It's also been very informative and entertaining to read your posts, articles, and newsletters both here and at Active Captain. Have a great stay in Charleston ( I already read about how much you like your current marina.)! Thank you for making boating both safer and more fun.

Thanks for your comment - what you said was really nice. Boating puts us all in a community - and it's a pretty small one. We take a lot from the community and try to give a little back too.
Karen and Jeff have logged some 20,000 nautical miles cruising between Maine, Key West, and the Bahamas on their DeFever 53RPH named aCappella. Our crew are our yellow labrador retriever dogs - Dyna and Dylan. Dyna is 13 years old and was given to us after retiring from our breeder. She is Tucker's mother for those of you who know the full story. Dylan (Celtic god of the waves) is 4 years old and is the grandson of Dyna. Our blog and our adventures center around the voyages we take together generally through the eyes of our crew.
Karen and Jeff are the founders of ActiveCaptain (www.activecaptain.com).
